Hey everyone, I have reef factory 4 head pro doser and a month or so I noticed one of the heads wasn’t dosing the correct amount so I calibrated it and it was ok but slowly it would decrease doses over a few weeks to nothing , now I’ve just caught the same problem with another head both of these were controlling my afr and as a result tonight I’ve hit 5.5kh and it’s dosing 1/3 of the target

Obviously I can recalibrate it but it will continue so I’m thinking a complete reset?

Anyone experienced this before ? Maybe time to replace it

This has happened to a lot of my pumps since I dose kalkwasser which they dont seem to like lol. I would just try to replace the tubing in the dosing head and that should fix your issue.

Agreed with above, check to see if your lines are clogging. I have to clean my lines every couple of weeks as the AFR will harden at the output.
