Dosing nitrate, how fast can I raise it?

I am working on my tank to increase NO3

I routinely dose my tank with KNO3 to target 10 ppm with no noticeable ill effects. I've dosed as much as 11 ppm (51 ml of 28g KNO3/150ml RO).

This attempt is probably futile, but I'm fighting dino right now in my reef and just bought NeoPhos and NeoNitro. Can I dose from 0 to 5ppm nitrate and 0 to .07ppm phosphate all at once?

IMO, yes, but do not expect either to be at that level 24 h later. You might still detect none.
