Dosing pump tubing

Hi all.

I have a GHL system with dosing pumps running the Triton Core 7 reagents. My clear tubing dosing calcium has turned black. What tubing should I replace it with? Is silicone ok or should I use polyurethane etc?

What about tubing for the salt water to the KH director?

I use silicone because it's more flexible.
