Dosing Recommendation

I just bought a doser and red sea part a,b, and c. I know I've seen a lot of dosing questions but I just have to ask too, Not every tank is the same and I just want to let yall know my parameters and for yall to let me know if I should dose or if I should just leave it as is? I've been in saltwater for about 3 years but started adding frags this past month.
