Dow command for apex

Good afternoon everyone, I would like to know if anyone has expierience with the Dow command for an Apex. I use one dis for automatic water changes daily but, I would like to change it so the dos does a water change only on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. I got as far as trying to program In advanced programming , but when I put
If Dow MWF then on
The apex says it’s an error. Any help would b appreciated , thanks in advance

If time “X” to “X” then on
If DoW S-T-T-S then off
