I was testing out their site and I accidentally ordered fish and a coral that I was eventually going to buy, so it's a complete disaster, but happy accident. What can I expect from them?

Just send them an email, they're very responsive and will get it canceled if need be.

I’ve had two great orders but it does take a while if you are getting qt fish.

I've always wanted to order something from them because I've heard good things about them and none of my lfs offer quarantined fish and I went to go to my lfs this evening and traffic in St. Louis was a nightmare. It me an hour to go 10 miles to turn around and go back home.

have ordered many times, you wont get the invoice until the week before it ships, usually anywhere from 4-6 weeks in my experience

Hi please email us at [email protected] and give us your order# and whatever changes needed to be made we will take care of it.

We dip them once at arrival and again after 14 days in our system.
It never hurts to dip them again.
Our main focus is to not pass any fish related diseases off corals and inverts. Our coral tanks are fishless for that very reason.

I have purchased a few fish from him, mainly risky ones like Tangs. Still healthy and alive.

They're not something you keep readily on hand, uh? They seem like they could eat everything in your tank and you if you're not careful.
Correct, something that that or any other livestock that doesn't move too fast is really a special order. We acquire as soon as an order comes in. Then the process starts to qt and all.
