I had my first Dr Reef order but had ordered many conditioned order from Dr Reef, now, Affordable Aquaria in the past. I was super impressed with the packaging, all fish were in separate, labelled and vacuum sealed bags, and all the fish were very healthy and ate immediately. The thing I liked most about Dr Reef is his willingness to work with you. Fast responses, always willing to make DOAs or fish that did not make it, right. This is the only vendor I have worked with that has shipped replacement orders for more fish than I originally placed, quarantined them for free instead of replacing the original conditioned fish, and sent it all at no additional cost to me. The customer service is unmatched.

I am not sure, bc I delayed my order by a few weeks due to travel but all of the stuff I ordered (wrasse, gobies, and royal gramma, clownfish) are very common and easy to get. So there wasn't anything rare or unusual.

That’s good to hear. I had quite the opposite experience on my second order with them.

Please let me know your order# and let me look into it and see why you have not a good experience second time around.
