I am currently working on getting my nitrates down in my reef tank and am running 12 mils of Nopox a day and I am wondering if I can use Dr Tim's while dosing Nopox and if there will be any adverse affects

Sure you could dose NOPOX or another carbon Vodka or combo of both. You can also dose One and Only. The key is aeration with out skimming the bacteria out.
