Dream Tank Reseal Advice

Hello friends! I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a used 220g. The silicone is very beat up and I definitely need to reseal it and would like some advice so I don't end up with tons of water on the floor. I haven't ever resealed a tank but this beast came to me tank and stand for 400 and I couldn't resist. Any thoughts or advice? Thanks!

Congrats on the new tank. If you do a few searches on R2R you can probably find the type/brand of silicone that most recommend as well as a few tips, etc.
