dropping PH, high phosphate

HI guys
well, I dont understand

My PH is constantly dropping ,
7.96 right not
24G tank
I already replaced 4 bucket of water
added air pomp,
opened windows
temp is 78.4
salt 33.7
alkanity is 8.3

but PH is going now
phosphate is weird
it was over 2.5 I replaced water twice yesterday and is was 1.12, I replaced water again today and it is now 2.36. how is it possible
I am using hanna checker.\

adding:

I added 3 live rocks to this tank, maybe they are messing up, .... and I asked guy at LFS if I can add it,
I am suspecting that bacterias from this rock are increasing phosphate

Phosphate is probably leaching out of your rocks.

I think so
what can I do right now?
keep changing water all the time till it is ok, or buy something to help

I added turbo start, new activated carbon and something else to remove phosphates.
after adding turbo, I see that PH dropped really low to 7.4 now,
I was thinking to remove those new rock or battle it.
I was recommended to battle it
hopefully it will works, I am worrying about soft corals and few fish I have.
