Update! Update! Update! Lol!
The tank has been going through an ugly phase. My tester sps are doing good though so far. My yellow eye and tomini are doing great. Once I know it can sustain sps I will move the tsa coral to the lowboy. Not wanting to rush it though.

The frag tank is doing good. Acros are growing, had to start dosing earlier in the week. Just setup my dosers and moved my trident from the main tank to the frag tank. The main tank has been stable for 6+ months so it’s better used with the frag tank.

I also started a two frag tank build. They are 80 gal tanks with an 80 gal for a sump. Needing a return pump, skimmer and glass to make compartments for the sump. My biggest hold up is a RODI system. I am not able to make enough water currently to fill this system or water for this system and my main system for weekly water changes.

Very nice! I use a spectrapure 90gpd to fill 2 separate 30 gallon brute containers

I believe you can just order the 90 gpd or higher membrane and the flow restrictor from Spectrapure to increase the your RO/DI capacity. Shouldn't cost you more than $50.

Nice looking build by the way.

@leepink23 : What do you like about your LEDs frag tank and what do you like about the halides one? Curious to the opinion of one running both.

The LEDS to me give much better fluorescence, but the halides give a huge blanket of coverage. I prefer the look of the Leds. I get a lot of heat from the halide but I definitely like that it’s just on an off.

How are coral growth and health between the two?
