Hi all, thanks for taking the time to read this.

So I'm setting up my Red Sea 350v3, and after installing the pipes, I'm noticing that the Inner Downpipe is shorter than the bracket of the Outer Downpipe.

i.e., the R42202 is 12" up into the Weir but the R42206 "hole" is 13.5" inches from the bottom of the Weir thus it doesn't sit fitted, it just wobbles in the Weir.

Is my inner pipe too short?

(picture attached: the red is where it's supposed to sit, the yellow is about where mine is)

Well, my tank has been running a few days and it's spilling over the outer pipe like I supposed it's designed to. So, all in all, maybe the inner pipe length doesn't matter all that much. :)
