Start by doing a 25% water change. After that's had time to settle, turn your pumps off and drop food right onto it. Mind you, don't overfeed.

Well I noticed one My peppermint shrimp nipping at it after my lights came on. :(

Yeah, peppermints can be a pain sometimes. You could always get a mystery wrasse and give that peppermint a taste of its own medicine :)

Sounds lol a good idea unfortunately it's a 10g tank and I don't have the money to buy one.

Try moving it to more closer to the light with medium flow, that's were my sit and they couldn't be more happy also check you pars just make sure everything is in the right ranges and start doing more frequent water changes

I just moved it so ill move it again to the back corner of the tank if nothing changes.

How long have you had this coral? Has it ever been open? I have 2 in my tank and every now and then one will be closed up for a few days.
