Duncan coral polyps looking like balloons

Has anyone seen the polyps on their Duncan coral balloon up?

I've seen photos of them on frag plugs with their tentacles inflated like that. I just thought that was how those ones looked.

The polyps seem to be getting bigger. I cut these off a larger colony that was lower in the tank and placed them much higher.

that's pretty cool. mine stay pretty short and stubby. =\
