I am about a year into this hobby, and I have a question about Duncan corals. I have a Soft Coral dominated tank with a little LPS, but I have never owned a Duncan before. I picked up two about a month ago from my LFS. Once I got home, I dipped them and put in the tank. One of them opened up immediately and looks great. The second one refused to come out so I figured it must not be in a good spot. I relocated him right next to the one that is doing great about a week ago and it still is not opening.
I dose 1 teaspoon per gallon of Kalkwasser in my ATO, and I also put in DIY Coral Snow once a week. I am also daily dosing 1 cap full of Microbacter7 and Brightwell Razor due to a turf algae issue I've been dealing with.

Any idea why one would be doing great, but the other isn't?

My water perimeters are:
Temp 78.1
Salinity 1.024
PH 8.16
Alkalinity 10.30
Phosphates 0.08
Nitrates 22.2
Ammonia 0
Magnesium 1800
Calcium 516
