Duncan is melting down, could use some help

I have a large duncan (25ish polyps) that was doing fine in my 60g display. For some dumb reason I moved it into a 20g frag tank and it started melting down. On one of the branches several polyps closed up and the soft tissue turned to brown goo. I blew off the goo with a powerhead and all that was left was bare skeleton on a few polyps. The goo was no longer visible but the next day had returned on adjacent polyps. I have tried dipping it several times (Lugol's, peroxide, freshwater) putting it in slightly higher flow area and after a week or so and a few more polyps were lost it started stabilizing. I thought it was going to pull through but now I'm seeing signs of new polyps on another branch closing up and tissue loss. I have other duncan frags in the same tank that are doing OK, but have run out of ideas for how to save this colony. Any ideas?!?

.....That sounds like BJD, dip in iodine as fast as possible or it will keep spreading and kill the coral.

Would you recommend daily iodine dips for a week or so?

It honestly would not hurt, BJD can be real nasty (I know from experience)
