The tips are inflated like bulbs today. It looked normal until I moved it to a new spot up higher a few days ago. Is it getting too much light/flow now?

Duncans are just weird. Check chemistry first and if the coral remains the same or declines move it back. Was it looking fine where it was at before?

Yeah it had the pointed tips before with higher flow a few inches lower. Maybe it's just adjusting to the new spot. Thanks!

Weird! Doesn't even look a Duncan. I've never seen mine do that, so I have no idea what the cause is. I agree, Duncan's are weird.

Probably just adjusting to the new location...I would just keep an eye on it and give it a few days.

New spot is lower flow. Looking less weird and fully extended now (still rounded tips). I'll see how it looks in a week.
