Duncan with long polyps

So what's this guy trying to tell me? More light? Less light? It's in a medium intermittent flow. After getting my Nitrates under control it's finally come out of hiding but has been like this since.

First guess is more light. Feeding it won't hurt.

K I'll try both. I hit it with a 3ml syringe full of Reef Chili mix and I'll slowly try upping the lights some. I did lower them a bit as my Hammer and Frogspawn didn't seem to like the higher light as much, even though both Hammer and Frogspawn are on the sand bed about 25" from the light.

I've had Duncan's with 6" sweepers before. And another set of Duncan's that always stayed real small and short. The longer ones heads got about double the size of the shorter ones.

This is mine under high lights. When in low light it stretches up like yours.
