I have multibarred angelfish in my 40b, the guy I buy fish from has a golden angel eating mysis and I would love to get him. Would my breeder be to small to host both angels???

You will have aggression issues with mixing these two angels in a 40 breeder. I would not risk it.

I am all for mixing dwarfs, have 3 in my 65, but I only have 1 in my 40 breeder, and couldn't see adding another one -- just not big (( tall )) enough for another. In addition, a eating golden dwarf is somewhat hard to find, and would desire a tank to itself, as far as dwarf go, they are cryptic and would do better without competition from another dwarf.

I have a flame angel and a coral beauty in my 75g and they fight from time to time so I wouldn't add another one to the 40g. IMO
