Dwarf LionFish

Would a dwarf lion fish do well in a 40 gallon breeder? I only have a watchman goby and a pistol shrimp in the tank along with GSP and Zoas.

If not, what would you recommend?

So you have gap zoas and live food gotcha, lol[emoji12]. Size wise I believe he will they are fairly dossal

They aren't very active, it should be fine, as long as it's eating.

He probably be fine but will definitely eat your goby and shrimp if they will fit in his mouth

I made a mistake when I first got into the hobby with adding a dwarf lion in the same tank as my goby/pistol pair... He made a meal out of them pretty quick.

Yep. Do not put that lion in with the goby. IF the goby is larger he might last a little bit before the lion gets large enough to eat him. But that pistol shrimp will for sure be a snack. They are awesome fish though! i love mine to death
