Dying Snails

The snails in my tank all died of at practically the same time... checked my water and everything i think I should check for is good
Am... 0
Nitrate 0
Nitrite 0
Phos .15
Calcium is a little low at 245
Alk 7
Ph 8.2
All my fish and my shrimp seem to be healthy and eating every day
Anything else I should be testing for ...
All input would be greatly appreciated

Oh yeah I got more snails and after about 2 weeks they were all dead as well and there is definitely enough algae for them to feed off

245 ppm is more than a little low, and may stress them, but it may not be accurate and something like copper might be more likely.

Do other inverts survive?

Are you using tap water?

I would double check your salinity as well even if your fish are doing fine. If your salinity is where it needs to be it's very unlikely your calc is that low.

Like Randy said, heavy metals (copper specifically) would be most stressful on inverts only and your fish wouldn't notice.

Can we see a tank pic and identify that algae? Some type's of dino's are toxic and will kill snails
