Over all experience 10/10
Eric has great business ethics. He was very helpful and the shipping was fast.
We ran in to a snag when UPS the destroyers beat up the ati fixture sent to me and before I could even contact Eric he contacted me and asked if everything made it OK. As soon as I told him about the damage he said no problem and offered to send a new one out,I declined because it wasn't necessary and asked if he could send some replacement reflectors he agreed and sent them out.

Honestly the best service I have received from any retail store.

Buying experience = 10/10
Eric is a great seller. He properly identifies his equipment and obviously is very meticulous about how he cares for it. I asked that he delay shipping while I was out of the country and he did. I received my item the day after I returned. Well packed and just as he had described. I will buy with confidence from him again!

Purchased two ATI fixtures and they were packaged in their original boxes with added newspaper to keep the bulbs from getting damaged. Was impressed with the effort put into packing everything. Would definitely recommend.
