Can someone tell me where I can find the serial number to my power bar?

You should have a white sticker on the back with PN and S/N

Hmm, I looked all over the power bar , but I don't see it even on the back of it , Is there a way to find it through apex ?

I am not aware of anywhere within Fusion or the Local dashboard to see the serial number of a module. Only the Apex head unit displays its serial number (under the Apex List screen).
