I'm a little confused on how to combine ebay and purchases directly from the site. Should I purchase via the site first, and then message via ebay with that order number?

You would want to select local pick up on eBay so we can remove the shipping for you. Once that invoice is paid and the web order is complete just send us a message through the website or eBay to let us you have multiple orders that need to be combined and we can take care of it for you no problem.
