Echanta coral

What is an Echanta coral? What kind of par level? Flow? I see one I like but never had one. Are they hardy? Slow growers?

Lower flow and lightning, highly aggressive to neighbors.

What Tahoe said. Yes they are pretty hardy. I don't think I would call it slow growing or fast but steady. Does need space and will encrust as it adds more heads around the perimeter.
