Eclipse 12 with retro upgrade

I have a 24g aquapod with 150w HQI (i call it the nub tank...cuz if I knew more I would have bought a used 75g setup). I just picked up a 12g eclipse for my bedroom. It has a 32w current sunpaq upgrade (the one with 50/50 bulbs).

Question is can I frag some of my zoas and put them in that tank...will they end up looking bad from the lower end lights?

pretty sure they wont look nearly as good after a while, may even turn completely brown.
