just want to share with everyone and maybe help nudge in the right direction those that are in the process of deciding which brand to go with. My ATO alarm went off last Friday at about midnight my Vectra M1 was not working and without going into the details about the anxiety that a pump failure causes I’m gonna skip to Monday morning. Called Ecotech customer Service expecting a battle I was blown away by their professionalism and genuine desire to make sure the customer is satisfied, absolutely amazing experience without a doubt I made the right choice by going with their products and without hesitation I will continue buying from them, this company absolutely stands by their products.
