So I am very terrible sometimes at keeping things simple. Over several months I would lose connectivity on one of my Vortech pumps as my versa pump would hijack the direct connection...and somehow block the bluetooth on the parent pump. I could connect directly to the child pump, and all would be fine...unitl I re-opened the app...and then the pump would go back to the direct connection blocking the vortech. I would go weeks without issues, then back to the same madness. I spent countless hours screaming like a mad man, deleting the tank profile, factory reseting all the equipement, deleting account, adding new tank...to no avail. Eventually, I would lose connection from one of my pieces of Ecotech gear.

So I had a captain obvious moment. Although I had my little epiphany that solved my connectivity conundrum, this is most likely in the literature or the directions...I just missed it. I made seperate tank profiles for each type of equipment on the tank. I do not lose any of the schedule/settings for any of the equipment switching between tank profiles; yet, I do not have any more issues connecting to the equipment and there has been no more device conflicts. I have not had any connection problems on Mobius for over 2 months now. So if you are struggling with Mobius bluetooth connectivity, and have not tried creating seperate tanks for each type of equipment...lights, vortechs, pumps...etc...give it a try. I know this will get a lot of "of course you derp" responses...but there might be somebody out there in my shoes that is at a wits end and has not tried this simple workaround...anyways...best of luck and thanks for reading. :)
