I purchased two lights and upon learning them in one can be seen but not the other. I tried reseating the black chip and still no dice. Tried calling customer support bu my it sent me to their voicemail. Has anyone else had this issue?

Never mind. I figured it out. You have to delete all learned in lights to learn in additional lights.
