Listed as a leopard snake eel. Pretty sure its a fimbreded?

The smaller one in the first picture is the “snake eel” the other one is a larger fimbred eel on the same site

Haha, that is the most fimbriated looking eel I've ever seen

Though the picture is of a Fimbriatus, do make sure and confirm if you are buying since in most cases they put the right name but the wrong picture and who knows if you do get it you might accidentally get a tessalata since that is also called a leopard moray (most so in my place)

Yeah doesnt have a better picture of the head. Huge price difference though so Im going to go for it, its a WYSIWYG! They do mislabel things a lot and Ive always gotten the fish I ordered. Happy mistake!

Lol they mislabeled my zebra eel a banded eel in WYSIWYG. I got it because it was a zebra and cheaper cause it was mislabeled! Thats how I got Nebby! Shes 100% a zebra.

I already ordered, these guys mislabel a lot but always send the fish in the picture :)

Me too! Ive gotten Loki and Nebby from them and both were super healthy when they came. Had bad luck with their other fish bringing an illness in my tank (the beautiful adult emperor RIP) but both eels have come in great condition! Ill post a picture when it comes

Lol yeah I remember that!!! I have a LFS who is more into corals so they dont charge correct amounts on fish and are often times low! Lol thats why I gambled with this eel! 79 for a fimbreded isnt bad at all compared to the 300 dollar one I was eyeing but dont have the funds for lol

Reminds me of the time when my lfs called a gymnothorax psudeothyrsoideus (rare anywhere besides some places in india) a peppered moray, it took me a week of heart attacks and strokes to keep my mouth shut for good
