So yesterday my sunset monti frag fell off due to a darn hermit crab and landed next to my orange plate coral which stung it all day until I got home. Upon grabbing the frag I seen what looked like a sponge but I’m now curious if it’s possibly eggs. There does seem to be an opening in the middle of on of the growths so I’m praying it’s a sponge.

The frag has been in my system for about 2-3 months and the growth wasn’t there when I received it.
