Electric indigo dottybacks

Just want to know ppls experience with the electric indigo's burrowing/digging behavior.

Destructive or no?

I had a regular indigo dottybacks several years ago. Gave it up soon as it started to bury my corals.
I had a neon dottyback 20 years ago.. never burrowed or digged.

Anyone?

Yep, it can burrow and dig. Mine tends to excavate along the rock base.

Did yours ever bury corals or clam? My indigo (non electric) did do just that.

I even moved my corals and clam elsewhere and it would then carry the substrate all the way to where they were and bury them..

I'm hoping you guys had better experiences than I. Esp the electric variation. But I guess the electric ones do the same... Ugh.

Nope - just dug a second exit from an existing burrow.

I didn't even realize he was a digger until he started slowly excavating a tunnel.
