Elegance coral

Its been months my coral hasn't opened... i have been feeding it reef roids, coral frenzy.... is there any chance of it coming back...??!!
Nitrite 0
Ammonia 0
Nitrate .25ppm
Phosphate 0
Doing by weekly water changes...
Water flow:medium
All other corals seem healthy

Hi Dexter,
Do you dose regularly? That coral doesnt need to be fed often. Is there a way to get us another photo of it? Its hard to see what it is. Would be glad to help.
