Im about to do a Redsea xxl 750 with chipped glass from moving it. I bought the same pliers as you but got a bit better cutter. Any tips?

Run the cutter through your cut line multiple times. Press hard and roll over the edge a few times. Thicker glass is cut by a bigger cutter/machine.

Note:Running a small hand wheel cutter multiple times through a cut line will dull the wheel. it’s not recommended to use those beyond 1/4 inch glass.

So you only let it cure a week before filling? Curious because my glasscages tank specified several weeks from the production day.

No the seams were siliconed on 7/25. Then a few days later I siliconed 3 of the 4 Eurobrace pieces. I didn’t do all 4 pieces because I dropped one long pieces and it snapped in 3 pieces. On the 4th I siliconed the final piece. Then let that cure for 10 days. Then did the leak test. The main panels of the tank had 3 weeks to cure. I probably should have waited another week but I’m impatient as hell.

Over the week I installed the external overflow and work on the stand

The control panel with the controller board, still need to route out holes for wires.

there’s the back of the control panel holes for the wires and an exhaust fan.

Well got the tank up and running.

Well the tank has been running sense 09/19/2021 and everything has been holding up fine. Tank is really looking amazing
