Ember blenny not eating dispensed food

I have an ember blenny who I have had for 2 years and he is slowly wasting away as he will not eat any dispensed food. Everything else eats the frozen mixes but he will not grab anything out of the water table. He will only graze on algae on the back walls of the aquarium.

Has anyone had success feeding things like masstick on rocks? I have tried a couple times with no success.

Thank you for the bump too kind. Sadly it looks like my blenny is on the way out, I don't think he will last the night.
