I have a Red Sea Max 250 66 gallon. It is an older tank and right now I have 1 white T5 39 Watts bulb, 2 blue T5 39 watts bulbs and 1 purple T539 watts bulb. I ordered the purple by mistake I meant to order a white T5. Is that enough light for corals such as anemone and bubble corals?

It should be depending on depth of the tank. The real way is to rent or borrow a par meter once you get the lighting figured out. This will give you exact readings at depth to know where to place corals. LPS and softies always did fine under T5’s back in the day. Anemones that can move will find a place they like for light and flow.
