Epaulette Surgeonfish

My Epaulette Surgeonfish isn't doing well, staying in one place in the tank and not eating. Any suggestions? Thanks

any other symptoms? how long have you had it? any changes recently to the tank?

No other changes, time for a water change, was going to do that tonight but don't want to stress it any more. I did just add a chiller to my tank a week ago, same day I add the fish. Got it from my lfs, he doesn't/ won't sell if my water is not in line with where it should be.
