Hey guys I’m a beginner in the process of picking a sump for my 40 gallon breeder reef tank.

I came across this Eshopps Alpha Fuge 100 4th Gen Here’s a link at my LFS. It seems like this sump checks all the boxes, big pump area, big fuge area, and a removable media tray. I am a .

any current users of this alpha fuge line up care to share their experience ?!

Can I add a ATO in the future relatively easily (my stand will be 36 inches )?

It’s what I have, no complaints. Need good flow to keep good movement through all chambers. I don’t have an ATO or any dosing right now.

I’m planning to use Reef Octopus varios 2 which I think I will give it plenty of flow . What’re you using in your media tray and in the refugium?
