Purchased and received 4 Montipora corals from Cultivated Reef on Friday 3/24. By Sunday they were dead totally white. Emailed [email protected] with pics of the corals.
Jim immediately replied to my email very concerned and puzzle why all died. By Monday morning, I received call from Jim.
We discussed from when I received the coral along with my dip process.
I’be only been in the hobby for 2 yrs so still have so much to learn.

The point is , I’ve purchased many corals on line but have never had anyone to actually call me attempting to understand why the corals die.

I've had great service from them for years. Once the shipment went past my house, I got a call from them saying they saw an alert from Fed Ex, the driver turned around and flagged them down. They keep an eye on your shipment. They also called prior to shipping since one piece was on the small size, so they asked if I wanted a freebie thrown in. I've had pretty good luck with the pieces they send as well.

I just wish they had wysiwyg's.
