Corals.com has some corals I want. Has anyone bought from them? How was the experience? What kind of experience did you with them? Were the corals healthy? I ordered coral from a site and it died from sudden polyp loss maybe a week after I got it.

Are they healthy? They have some sun coral I really want, it's captive bred, my LFS can't get captive bred and I'd prefer not to take from the ocean. They have other coral I want as well. The sun coral is the main one I want.I've placed 5-6 ( or more ) orders from Corals.com and have been very happy with them.
Very professional.
Always great packing.
Great communications.
Corals are as pictured.

I emailed them last night. I've dealt with businesses that seem impressive and then I lost the coral.Like I said, I'm happy with multiple orders from them.
As with any shipped coral you take a chance. It's just the nature of the deal. Once the corals are boxed up and sent out, the vendor has no control over how the package is treated, the temperatures they end up in, or delays.
Reach out to them via their email or phone number.
Tell them your concerns and wants.

You won’t be disappointed, I’ve ordered many many times, I usually do curbside pickup but have done shipping as well. Corals always look amazing and healthy.Whelp, I'm about to find out first hand how good this company is. I ordered four corals that are coming tomorrow. I got captive bred Sun Coral, a SUPER NEON Sinularia Leather Frag, Torch Frag - Green Tip Australia, and a Branching Hammer Frag - Indonesia Green Stem Purple Tips Toxic Splatter.
With luck I'm hoping that I can start a coral farm to trade in a year or two.
I'm excited and nervous about getting them. I ordered a mandarin and a watchman goby from biota and they were delayed a day and the mandarin died, he was replaced and my current mandarin is doing well, as is my watchman goby. You won’t be disappointed, I’ve ordered many many times, I usually do curbside pickup but have done shipping as well. I ordered a Christmas Tree worm rock from them (about the 3.5-4” size) and it arrived well packed and looked exactly like the photo. I was afraid of ordering this due largely to the high price, but I can only say good things about the experience. I’ve had it now for several months and the worms are larger than when they arrived and extremely colorful. I’m really happy about it. Furthermore, I house two wrasses (a fairy and a Halichoeres) in the tank and they ignore the worms so far. That was also an initial worry.
The last place I ordered a hammer from was a little unknown place here in Illinois. The hammer didn't last long. The owner was a bit crabby when I only wanted to say thanks for the coral.I ordered a Christmas Tree worm rock from them (about the 3.5-4” size) and it arrived well packed and looked exactly like the photo. This could happen regardless of where the purchase is made. Any coral I buy I consider a risk like playing the lottery lol. If your going to keep coral you will have loses it's just part of the hobby. I've been in the hobby over 10 and I still can't keep a torch alive.I emailed them last night. My hammers are thriving and I found a torch within my budget. I guess it's no different than going to a LFS with no guarantee. This could happen regardless of where the purchase is made.
