I picked up this what looked like a brown stag at the lfs.
In my frag tank running radion ab+ it is blue. Lfs running heavy blue but?
Anyway it may be a Oregon tort but I have never seen this stag like growth, or it's something else.

Oh yeah that’s an Oregon tort for sure.
Yea that's what I'm thinking.
They sell tiny 1" for 40 when they have them. This was 49.
My Oregon tort in my 150 looks like a nub. I'll have to find a spot for it.
Mine always grow like this old tort I had.

Changed out 10lb co2 today. I got 1 year and im guessing it was 3/4 when I hooked it up. I have 1 10lb full on standby so now I need to get the empty one filled.
Now
Ph 8.3

The Hanna temp,ph, and sg meter is looking good after 1 year.
Ozone is now in the first skimmer after the overflow.
Skim is much darker than it was running it in skimmer 2.
Some current sump pics.

So I have been watching my abro green slimer stn from the bottom.
It started about 5 months ago and then stopped like they sometimes do. I took some frags just in case.
Well it's back and I'm going to remove it today or tomorrow and frag it. A few pieces will be put back in and there is 2 places where it's already attached to the rocks so.
Once I get it fragged and the pieces start to encrust I will take some to lfs for credit.
When I got the piece it never encrusted but just kept growing.
I should have fragged it then, imo.
This is the biggest stag colony I currently have.
Most of the Stags, except the surf&turf are mounted on discs so they can be removed if needed.
It's the bigger green one.
I will get some pics once I frag and remount a couple pieces.

I removed and fragged it to my frag system. There are still 2 pieces that grew into the rock.
Not sure but most likely will glue some pieces to the old 4×4 tile and put back.
I will have pieces left and will take to lfs for credit.
Someone wanted a piece. Hit me up and I will send you a piece no charge, just pay shipping.

FTS today and pic of my hawk on a brain.
I am now running my Photons @
Red & green @ 20%
White 30%
RB, B, V, @ 100%
This is giving real nice color on all corals and the system is still quite white.
Running the or4's @ 100%
350-450 par across the rockwork and 300-400 par without uv/v on.

I don't like to ask the same question twice, but what is that blue stag in left rear corner? I think you said it was a "surf" something or the other.

Surf & Turf. It's an aquamarine colored stag with blue tips.

Pic of my birdsnest. It was very thin when purchased.
It's grown quite thick now due to its position to the Sweep.
That's 10 months growth. Tank was 2 months old when I glued them.down.

Tank looks fine since the rtn event. All frags look good so far.

I ordered another mantis trap. Mine old one broke and I need to remove the mantis from this system now ASAP!
It hit my chalk bass in the eye again. Same eye it got hit months ago but recovered.
The Mantis is also killing my snails at an ever increasing rate. I counted around 10 empty shells and around 50+ left in the system.

I also have some bubble algae and need to add some emerald crabs to keep it at bay.
The Mantis has killed all crabs in my system to date.

Still trying to catch the mantis.
It hit my chalk bass again in the same eye. I almost caught it with my hemostat but I really need to get it out.

I will speed up my no3 reactor as effluent measured zero. Below 5 is my high end target for no3.
