I use a mixture of crushed coral and hawaiian puka shell. The zoanthids and other softies attach to it pretty fast once they overgrow the rock.

I think 4 is Stardust GPE. and Haven't gotten a positive Id on 5 yet but closest thing I've seen is Avocado Twister Palys.
