Should I let the Aiptasia get big before sealing their fate with F'Aip? 100g tanks and Seems like when I tried to control the little ones my problems with them have gotten worse. I also bought 2 tiny as F Borgia Nudis and made sure they climbed on the same frag before dropping into my tank at night and was told it will take a while. I bought 2 peppermint shrimp a month ago never seen them again and problem with A's still bad. So should I let the devils get pretty big then seal them up?

I would not. The bigger ones get worse and reproduce faster. Also depends how big we’re talking. How many do you have

I would get to them quickly myself.

I've never used F-aptasia, and I hear mixed reviews.

What I do is get a small needle and syringe, like an insulin syringe, from my local pharmacy for like 50 cents. Load it with vinegar or lemon juice, carefully sneak up on the little 'nems (if they sense your shadow, they retreat back in their hole - a great time to slap some reef safe epoxy on it, and entomb the little bugger), stick them and inject them. It takes them right out.

Peppermint shrimp will work, but they first have to survive in your tank 🙃 And, you want to try to source real Lysmata wurdemanni. Sometimes, places are selling other species of shrimp as Peppermint Shrimp.
