Both my local stores aren't taking corals ATM so I am thinking about trying to sell frags on craigslist. . . If I list frags what are fair prices on things?

Mostly I am trying to move some motipora setosa and some encrusting montipora (red skin purple polyps). Also have some blue montipora digitata and other odds and ends. . .

How refreshing that someone is asking "what is fair" and not trying to milk it and maximise revenue! Well done, good for you! Restores some faith in humanity here just before the year ends! ;)

As for what is reasonable and fair, it's so so hard to advice on! My go to is usually "what would I pay for this myself" rather than "how much can I convince him/her to pay"..

I don't know the corals specifically - maybe stick a few pictures here?

This comment will bump you up as well, maybe someone local will see it!

Happy new year! :beaming-face-with-smiling-eyes:

Around here retail on most of those ranges from $30-$50 depending on the size.

That said, I personally likely wouldn’t pay much more than $20/frag unless its a well known named piece

I am in a similar position and gave up trying to sell Monti frags for 10 bucks and just started throwing them away unless I’m going to a club event. Not worth it to schedule visits, give away water, packaging , etc.

Good trouble: Have mushrooms ever become pests in your aquarium?
