I have a cleaner wrasse and I want to get a fairy wrasse since I have a lid now. Would that be OK? They are both wrasse but I feel like it would be fine because they look very different. Input is welcome

Shouldn't be a problem. I have various fish with all my cleaner wrasses and they do just fine.

What are you feeding your cleaner wrasse?

I have cleaner wrasse, yellow coris wrasse, three different fairy wrasses, and a leopard wrasse and all get along fine.

Mine also eat flake, mysis (pieces that will fit in their mouth), golden pearl pellets, etc.

Observing my cleaner wrasses and pretending I knew nothing about them I would say they eat plankton out of the water column as their main source of food and clean fish as a way to not be eaten by other fish. They constantly swim around and inspect any particle in the water to see if it is food they can eat. They only clean when a fish approach them.
