Favorite winter Olympic events?

Today is the first day of the games and I was wondering what events people are looking forward to watching. I'm looking forward to hockey, ski jumping, and slalom. Never been a fan of the opening ceremonies though. What are you looking forward to?

Second Fav. "sport". One of the only sports a fat middle aged man or women can compete in. Any sport that you can drink beer while playing is ok in my book.

Curling. I'm not sure why I like it but think it is hilarious to watch.

Speed skating is fun too just because im waiting for everyone to fall and then get impaled by someone skates.. JK

There definitely is something really entertaining about curling. It's just so different from other sports.

My uncle worked with Schuster's dad at an iron mine here in Minnesota. Schuster is Team USA's curling captain.

Nice one of my good friends in the hobby is from rapids. Did you hear about the swap coming up in bemidji? It sounds like it will have quite the list of venders. Also you should sign up for lsmac.org we have been decently active latly and just had our yearly Christmas party and jake adams from reef builders was there to speak.
