favorites in frag tank

thinking on setting up a frag tank to solely grow out frags and to frag up coral from my display... thinking the low height tanks would be best, but please let me know your thoughts and favorite setup for this. wife wants to use one of our old tanks, but none seem to fit the need; old 180, 55, and 40 breader
