If you read the thread, it explains that there is a delay with fb and not everyone would see it at the same time giving some an unfair advantage. I think they did the right thing.

There should be a redraw. The winner disqualified himself by posting multiple times. With the amount of number mess ups with posting numbers it should be redone and fairly. Rev you did a great job but this needs to be fair. The rules were listed very clearly on post one.
