If I treat my tank with copper, will it kill my feather dusters?

Yes, most likely it will. With coppersafe and copper power, you will sometimes have shrimp or crabs survive a treatment, but the general rule is to not expose any invertebrates to a copper treatment.

If you have parasites of any form that require treatment, it is best to treat in a separate tank known as quarantine or hospital tank and leave the tank fishless for at least 6 weeks allowing the inverts and coral to remain and treat in the quarantine tank.
A hospital tank can be as simple as a starter tank from Walmart which has many of the essentials needed
