Feeding corals

Gday everyone
I was wondering if i can use bait from my tackle shop to feed my elegance and bubble coral was looking at whitebait and prawns and cut them into small pieces and target feed them or would I be better off getting the same from a fish monger or grocery store

Food is food, I'd rinse it before use. I never target fed my elegance coral, fish food and light was plenty. I always fed LRS and reef nutrition so it literally fed the entire tank. In my opinion I would go that route before using bait.

If using bait just smell it first to see if it has gone really bad.

Wash, smell, and dont put in too much

I do the same thing.
